It is always best be prepared and to equip ourselves with knowledge on how to properly aid our pets. Panic is a no-no. Gather yourself and focus on helping your dog.

The following video by Dog Coach Francis aims to educate pet parents about necessary steps in performing pet first aid.

Dog Coach Francis is a certified pet first aid responder by the Pet Professionals Guild.

Note that any first aid performed on your pets should be followed by veterinary help.
