We train without fear, pain, or intimidation — no shock collars, no prong collars, no dominance tactics. Just positive reinforcement grounded in modern behavioral science. It's not only the ethical choice; it's the more effective one.
What happens in the first Behavior Coaching Session?
A one-hour assessment where Coach Francis meets your dog, evaluates their behavior, and gives you an honest picture of what's going on — plus our recommendation for the right program. Available at The Dog Ranch or online via Google Meet.
Which program is right for my dog?
We don't sell one-size-fits-all packages. The Behavior Coaching Session determines that. The one exception: Puppy Kindergarten (2–6 months) — you can enroll directly, no assessment needed.
How long does training take?
It depends on the dog. Everyday Good Manners runs 5 weeks at The Dog Ranch; Behavior Detox and Management runs 5–6 weeks. You'll get a realistic timeline after the initial assessment — not a promise we can't keep.
What's the difference between Boarding School and In-Home?
Boarding School means your dog lives and trains at The Dog Ranch in Lipa City — immersive, structured, away from the triggers that reinforced the problem. In-Home means Coach Francis comes to you weekly and trains your dog and your household together. Every program is available in both formats.
Where will my dog stay?
At The Dog Ranch — a rural, low-stress campus in Lipa City with professional handlers on site. Structured training balanced with rest, enrichment, and space to be a dog.
Will I know how my dog is doing?
Every day. Board-and-train guests get a daily digital dossier with video and photo updates. Midway through the program, your dog also comes home for about a week so you can see the progress yourself.
My dog is reactive or aggressive. Can you still help?
Yes — that's exactly what Behavior Detox and Management is built for, including dogs that previous training failed. Reactivity, fear, and aggression are treated at the root, not suppressed.
What do I need before drop-off?
Up-to-date vaccination records and signed agreements. We'll walk you through everything during enrollment.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?
Yes — a complimentary dog school bus serves BGC, Makati, and Alabang for eligible programs. Ask us about coverage for your area.
What's my role in all this?
Bigger than you'd think. Every program includes a required owner coaching session with Coach Francis — because your consistency at home is what makes the transformation last.
